The students have spoken and we are currently looking for teachers for the classes they most requested. Eager teachers have already snatched some up!
If you have an interest in teaching one or more of the following classes go to http://www.rawlearning.org/classinformationform, log in and complete the webform, and submit it for approval. The deadline for webform submission is November 20th.

-Soda making and tasting
-Forest survival (The students want to go out in the woods in the cold!)
-Ghost hunting/exploring the paranormal
-Exciting, engaging, and fun board games class (focused for ages 9-14)
-Spanish (focused for ages 9-14)
-More Dangerous skills (Don’t Try this at Home Again!)
-Ways to die! (Older students are very curious about death)
-Mammal dissection (focused for around ages 9-13)
-Minecraft and/or Roblox (focused for around ages 5-10)
-Exploring music with instruments and song (focused for preschool and early elementary)
-Advisor for a School Dance Committee to plan and execute a school dance

Makers Mystery Bag: Protect a Pilgrim: Individually or in partners/groups, students will design and build a shelter to protect one or more Pilgrims from wind, rain, and snow.
Sing and Perform: Sing with us!

Sweet Treats: Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
Field Trip Fun: Prepare for our field trip to the Glass Palette and make sugar glass! Also, in preparation for our trip to Open Bio Lab, we will learn about DNA by extracting it from a kiwi and making a DNA model out of candy.
Pokemon Go!: We will meet to get ready and set, then we will Go! Ridgeview Park, Waynesboro, Discussion topic: Gym Battles and Training Pokemon
Drama Kings and Queens: Acting for Children: Dress rehearsal! All actors can choose their own costumes and everyone except the narrators will be asked to perform off script, so please ask them to practice, practice, practice! It is important for EVERYONE to be there if possible.
We will be performing Three Sideways Stories from Wayside School on Tuesday, November 15, at approximately 12:30 pm. Please come, especially parents of our actors, if you are able.

Spies Decoded: Making a Spy Kit
Having been trained in the language of codes, it is time to make spy kits!! In fact, we will also make a mini kit that will fit in the palm of your hands!
On 11/17 we will take a field trip to the Spy Museum in Washington D.C. More information will be sent out via email.
Water Fun (and science!): The Great Ice Rescue! Rescue little people from ice! How can you melt ice the fastest!?
In the Garden: Check for sprouting and weeds, assess water need, plant more seeds, and journal!
