Makers Mystery Bag: Apple Annihilator: Using apples and school supplies, students build an apple wrecking ball to to “annihilate” markers and/or test for accuracy.
Sing and Perform: Sing with us!
Art: It was too wet to do the Jackson Pollock Splatter Art last week, so that is pushed to this week! Wear old clothes that can get messy with stains!
Sweet Treats: Make your own berry jam!
Field Trip Fun: Prepare for your field trip to Back Home on the Farm by creating a candy pumpkin catapult and bake Vanilla Pumpkin Skillet Cornbread! Yum!
Pokemon GO!: We will meet to get ready and set, then we will GO! to Gypsy Hill Park, Discussion topics: Candies, Stardust and Evolving Pokemon.
Drama Kings and Queens: Acting for Children: Ensemble Practice/Games. Auditions. The exact play will be chosen after tryouts so that I know how many children are interested and can pick a play with an appropriate number of characters.
International Cooking: Make a delicious South Asian dish with potatoes!

Spies Decoded: Window Code
Let’s dig for hidden messages in ordinary messages using a special window decoder. Make your own unique window decoder and have fun writing messages about anything to anybody whom you trust enough to share the window decoder of your choice.
Water Fun (and science!): What floats, what sinks? We will scavenger hunt for objects to test what floats and what sinks. Does salt water change what floats?
In the Garden: Check for sprouting and weeds, assess water need, plant more seeds, and journal!
Cheer: Work on stunting!

Crochet Circle: Continuing project started on September 19th. Making mug rugs for Valley Mission.
Cosmetology: Class was cancelled last week so we will make up last week’s topic. Nails! Paint nails and learn how to take care of them.
